Copyright Policy
Ruck Bodgers respects intellectual-property rights and expects users to do the same. Content believed to infringe copyright may be reported for review through the process described below.
Reporting Copyright Infringement
A copyright owner or authorized representative may submit a written notice identifying material believed to infringe copyright. Notices should be accurate, complete, and submitted in good faith.
Information Required in a DMCA Notice
A notice should include:
- Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed.
- Identification and location of the material requested to be removed or disabled.
- Contact information for the notifying party.
- A good-faith statement that the disputed use is not authorized by the rights holder, its agent, or the law.
- A statement, made under penalty of perjury, that the notice is accurate and that the sender is authorized to act.
- A physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or authorized representative.
Counter-Notifications
A person whose material was removed or disabled may be entitled to submit a counter-notification containing the information required by applicable law. Valid counter-notifications may be forwarded to the original notifying party.
Repeat Infringement
Appropriate action may be taken regarding accounts or users associated with repeated infringement when warranted by the circumstances and applicable law.
